Greater Dallas, Visions, All State Ambulance, Care Plus, Care First, Royal,

Priority One (East Tex area), Rescue Squad are the ones shown on channel 8 news

tonight. Greater Dallas EMS and Royal are the ones that were shown on Channel

8, 11 & 4 (DFW area)

Greater Dallas does not have 39 truck that I know of, maybe 20. They also do

TMS.

The 39 ambulance figure came from the TDSHS website. They are authorized for

39 units. That doesn't mean that they have that many.

They had a big booth at they conference. I think they've been around

for about 8 years or so. It surprises me that they have 39 units.

I don't think they actually have 39 units. That's just what their license

information on the DSHS website says they are licensed for. Somebody said

they may have 20 or so.

If I were one of those services, I think I would avoid having a big booth at

the conference. Gold Star had that big booth and put on a big too-doo that I

was asked to participate in and did. Right after that, they were toast.

Or maybe it was my appearance that did it. Hmmm.

Doc,

I see their units all over the Dallas area. I think their office is down

Near Downtown Dallas close to the farmer's market. Not totally sure about

that nor about the nuber of units they have.

Any more on the raids come out yet?

I don't know that I would publish that comment on a public list where:

a) the entity can see the comment and note that it has no basis in fact

provided

B) the task force can see the comment and deem you as the poster a " person

of interest " and arrange for a meeting and a chat

c) you weren't willing to back up your statement with any factual

assertions.

They're located in a small building located b/t Deep Ellum and Big Baylor. I

know a couple of guys that have and/or currently work there. They have some good

folks that staff the boxes for them. They did the races at TMS with us (Standby

Medical Services) and then I believe took over the entire contract a couple of

years ago when we decided not to re-bid. Besides that I don't know much about

their ops. I'll make a call to my old co-worker and see if I can find out any

more on the federal inquisition.
