Which is the best range to avoid the long-term diabetic complications. I have learned so much from this forum. I don't think I'd be doing as well as I am. Mine range usually 80 to 120 or 130 before eating and actually can go up to 180 plus but less than 200 after eating. I do have those times where I wait too long to eat then my numbers go lower than 80...or I eat what I should not and they go above 200. My opinion based on what I've learned is the ranges you mention below seem about right.
