Guest guest
Hi Michele, I've been thinking a little about this task you're undertaking. Except for the final tallies, each submission shouldn't be huge-for instance, there's no point in us with older children to do anything lengthy re. first years as things have changed alot. Just a quick list of involvements, with maybe an * beside anything that was an exceptional finding, but still widely applicable. This tells anyone looking for info whom to contact. Then, parents of younger children can only speak up to the child's age, so that should be short. The focus of each profile will center on the child's current developmental stage. Yes? No? in Ma. Guest guest
Yes - I think it's feasible to have a checklist with a place to mark off if the child has ever had that support (like a Gtube or an intervenor), has it currently, or expects to need it in the future. Then we can compare dx's and ages with what the child has, is, or will need/use. I think we can get past, current, and future data very easily. Of course, I'll know how easy it is when I actually try to create the thing! Michele _____ From: CHARGE [mailto:CHARGE ] On Behalf Of mdlinda@...
