Long overdue, but here we are. We pray that everyone had a wonderful Christmas

(YES - I said CHRISTMAS!!) I think everyone should, it IS the " reason for the

season " after all His name is in the holiday... people forget this and get too

wrapped into themselves and forget what He sacrificed and what He does for us

Everyday. I watched a service the Sunday before or after Christmas, but it was

about the attack on Christmas, and how it's starting slowly w/everyone starting

to say " Happy Holiday's " instead of " Merry Christmas " ... we should just follow

Harry Potter theme books or maybe this is something they do in England but they

say " Happy Christmas " :) ... anywhoie' I also respect everyone's opinions and

such.

Kaleb's doing very well - Praise God! He started back to school yesterday w/Ms.

Tia, she's Kaleb's day nurse now, it's wonderful because Ms. Tia already knows

alot about Kaleb (she was Kaleb's night nurse) so they were able to get right

into things and start school.

Kaleb's been out of school for awhile, he can't attend school w/out a nurse.

Kaleb's been out of school alot actually, but steadily he's been out since the

end of November. But he started back yesterday and we're keeping him and

everyone there in our prayers for good health and such. There has been so many

bugs going around and it was actually a God send that Kaleb's been out of school

because of so many illnesses are going around.

We've been keeping Kaleb's last day nurse Ms. Charley in our prayers and keeping

in touch w/her. Ms. Charley has had some health issues and has had to have an

extensive recovery, so please keep her in your prayers as well. She seems to be

doing well and she won't be gone forever her first day back will be this

weekend. She'll be doing weekend days (since I don't have a night nurse

sometimes nurses will work days so I can get some rest). Turns my world upside

down, but it's just what we have to deal with. Gives me more time to get into

my devotionals and I won't let the devil or the enemy steal my joy!

Speaking of joy... with the grace of the Lord we finally have our own home!!

Praise GOD!! It's all happening quickly, which we like, and as of right now our

settlement will be in the middle of February. I didn't want to tell everyone

until after it's all said and done, but it's a fabulous deal and we're just so

excited! I'll be sending out more about this in other updates, right now I

don't want to say too much.

Back to Kaleb - of course he was totally spoiled w/Christmas. He always get's

SO MUCH STUFF!! but he's loving it all... and thank you again to those of you

that thought of us this Christmas.

New Years we watched the ball drop and brought in the new year as a family

(can't do too much w/out a night nurse) ;) but as of right now Kaleb's sleeping

through the night so as long as he keeps that up I think we'll be o.k...

anywhoie' we're praying that you'all have a safe and prosperous new year...

I know I've been or could be annoying w/the whole AVON... but it's my new " job "

it's a career choice that we think might work w/me having to stay home. So even

if you don't like or aren't interested in Avon or their products please pass the

word around. I'm also getting into having parties, so if you're interested let

me know. www.avonrepresentative.com/ktownsend
