This morning my BP was up to 159/90. My doctor put me into a quiet room and told me to put this velvety Eye Mask on and he told me to relax and he would be back in twenty minutes or so. ~~~~Oh my, how nice! As I sat relaxing with this Mask on my eyes and wrapped around the back of my head, I could hear faint sounds of chirping birds, light water flowing, crickets, etc. What a lovely experience. My doctor returned in twenty minutes to an almost sleeping patient. He took my BP - the reading? 108/78. He told me he picked this Eye Mask up at tones for approximately $30.00. I have to have one!
