I was real short of breath and my heart felt like it was pounding in my chest. All my vital signs were normal. BP was 108/78 pulse was 72 I felt very tired and and couldn't hardly lay still. after about 30 min. I heard (I have an artificial heart valve it clicks pretty loud) my heart skip a beat and then things seemed normal again. I take sotolol 80mg in the evening and 40 mg in morning. I also take coumadin 5mg 3 times a week and 2.5 4 times a week and have been on coumadin most of my life for the artificial heart valve. I also take synthroid due to hypothyroidism.I have had atrial fib in oct which put me in the hosp. had to have cardioversion. My vital signs then were pretty high but i did feel pretty much the same.
