EMT-Basics or Intermediates Paramedics All applications must be received by 5:00pm on Wednesday, July 5, 2006. Requirements for each position are as follows: EMT Basic or EMT-Intermediate Current TDSHS Certification Acceptable Driving/Criminal Record BCLS Healthcare Provider PEPP Preferred BTLS/PHTLS Preferred Paramedic Current TDSHS Certification or License Acceptable Driving/Criminal Record BCLS Healthcare Provider ACLS Preferred PALS/PEPP Preferred BTLS/PHTLS Preferred The hiring process is as follows: Thursday, July 6, 2006 8:00 am Written Exam (All Levels) 11:00 am Physical Agility Exam (All Levels) 2:00 pm Interviews for applicants making the cut after the written exam and physical agility exam. Employment is contingent on passing a post-offer/pre-employment physical exam and drug test as well as a background investigation.
