Guest guest
Cathie, Don't worry. When went to Perkins for her 2nd eval there (96?), she had an ear infection we didn't know about until weeks later. I think it's vitally important that 1) you explain that things are not " normal " ; 2) that it's not a bad thing for the eval people to see your child in a " bad " state. As Laurie Denno, a Perkins' psych, once said to me, wouldn't be at Perkins if she didn't have difficult moments. Try to enjoy yourself! I'll be thinking about you. Guest guest
Cathie, sorry to hear is sick but not to worry. All will be well and we will all work around her " best times " . It would not be the first time (and surely won't be the last) that someone arrives with an unexpected illness. We will ALL (including Miss ) do our very best and make it worthwhile and work to her benefit. Safe trip!!! See you tomorrow! pam sick We are flying to Boston in the am for 's Perkins eval, that we have waited a long time for - she woke up this am coughing a lot. THis has been going on and off for 6 weeks. ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i think it may be allergies this time, i have given her everything today to hopefully clear up the inflamation. xoponex, atrovent, flovent, mucomist, predisone, singular. She has reactive airways and every time she gets a cold or allergies she has so much trouble. I so want her to feel good and do well this next week. I dont want to canel appt, so we are planning on going with hopes that by Monday she is ok. she is sleeping now, i just poured a glass of wine! wish us luck! - thanks Cathie, mom to
