Hi Everyone,

Just a few thoughts about our old nemesis put to verse.

What is this thing called afib

What is this thing called afib

That now haunts us every day

A curse upon the small pump

That moves us along our way

A galvanizing signal

It will bring your heart much strife

A thief that has no pity

It steals quality of life

The actions of our doctors

Have sustained us bye and bye

But in due time this old beast

Comes calling for you and I

As they work to gain a cure

We have hope one can be found

And when they are successful

We'll shout a rejoicing sound

Till that happy time arrives

We will take our meds each day

Live our lives the best we can

And take lots of time to pray
