Happy re-birthday to me! Today is my one-year anniversary. What a

year it has been. I have lost 162 lbs. and 94 inches from my body. I

have gone from weighing in at 382 lbs to 220 lbs. That's 78% of my

excess body weight. I still have 45 lbs to loose to make it to my

personal goal of 175 lbs. I know I will make it. It will just take a

little more time.Sometime it feels like I am living someone elses

life. And, I do mean LIVING, not just existing as it was at 382 lbs.

It's been a quit a journey this past year. Sometime good, somtime

not-so-good. However, I can truly say that this is the best thing I

have ever done for myself.

To all you pre-ops and newly post-ops, this is a journey truly worth

taking. Hang in there, you won't be sorry.

I will send in an updated pic by the end of the week. Please come

back and check-out the new me!

As for me, I am off to the next part of this fantastic voyage.Be

blessed.

wtg!

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the

moments that take our breath away. "

Dear CTsistah,

Wow. I am soooo proud of you, Sis. You have done an incredible job

this year and your scales and your measurements really show this.

I'm sure it's been an incredible journey for the " inside " of you, as

well. Keep fighting the good fight and God bless you richly.

Love,

Trace

Trace,

Thank you so very much. It's been quit a year. I still have 45 lbs to loose,

but I am very proud of what I have accomplished so far.
