Guest guest
Happy re-birthday to me! Today is my one-year anniversary. What a year it has been. I have lost 162 lbs. and 94 inches from my body. I have gone from weighing in at 382 lbs to 220 lbs. That's 78% of my excess body weight. I still have 45 lbs to loose to make it to my personal goal of 175 lbs. I know I will make it. It will just take a little more time.Sometime it feels like I am living someone elses life. And, I do mean LIVING, not just existing as it was at 382 lbs. It's been a quit a journey this past year. Sometime good, somtime not-so-good. However, I can truly say that this is the best thing I have ever done for myself. To all you pre-ops and newly post-ops, this is a journey truly worth taking. Hang in there, you won't be sorry. I will send in an updated pic by the end of the week. Please come back and check-out the new me! As for me, I am off to the next part of this fantastic voyage.Be blessed. You have done an incredible job this year and your scales and your measurements really show this. I'm sure it's been an incredible journey for the " inside " of you, as well.
