The ambulance overturned after a pickup truck did not get out of the way. They were driving with lights and sirens on to a respiratory medical emergency call and witnesses said the pickup failed to yield to the ambulance. In order to avoid a collision, the ambulance swerved right, hitting soft sand, and tipped over.
