Guest guest
Lori - Are you in hibernation syndrome? This usually hits about 3 weeks out and can last for several weeks. Your body realizes it is starving and is trying to conserve all your energy so you get very tired and depressed. If you are further out, you have to remember that your body has gone through a big change. It is normal for you to want your old body back, not the largeness, but the ability to eat the way you used to. Since you can't do that now, you have to find other ways to handle stress. And you are under a LOT of stress, hon. I know you think you don't have time, but if this does not improve after a couple of weeks, you need to see your doctor for some meds and find the time for some counseling. Your health comes first, Lori. Because once you lose it, it can be impossible to get it back. I speak from my own personal experience, Lori. I was in your shoes back in 97-98. By early 98, I was having a nervous breakdown, diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and that was that. Please take care of yourself, Lori. Jeanne in WI Age 39 - Dr. T.
