Guest guest
Is there a better protein shake? Of course!!! ProScore100 chocolate. It's the yummiest protein shake ever. I'm sure that you might get a few other opinions on this, but they're just plain wrong. lol. I get all my protein powder and vitamins from Vitalady (www.vitalady.com). I take calcium (lots and lots of calcium!), A, D, E, Iron, Zinc, something called Hair, Skin & Nails and some other things like gelatin & biotin (for my hair & nails). A lot of pills, but they keep me healthy. I'm more than willing to swallow a few (ok, a lot of) pills in exchange for my health and weight loss. ------------------------------------------------ Terry Mayers 5DollarHosting.comR http://www.5dollarhosting.com (877)-838-HOST / .... because it shouldn't cost a fortune to make a fortune! Guest guest
Hi Dezzerea - I buy my protein and most vitamins online from www.vitalady.com. , who we also call " mom " because she takes such good care of us, is a long-term WLS patient and has become an expert on vitamins and protein supplements. You can find some whey proteins at Walmart or GNC, but they probably won't taste as good. Vitalady has samples you can order to try different ones before investing in a big container that you might not like. Plus, our tastes change along the way, so it's nice to have the option to sample. Vitamins can be bought anywhere, but there are certain formulas that work better for us, and those can be more difficult to find. That's why I like shopping with Vitalady because I know I can trust that what I buy from her is the best kind for me and my new body. If you have questions about things on her website, email her directly or even call her store. Her staff is very helpful and informative. Good luck to you. Take care. Jeanne in WI Age 39 - Dr. T. Guest guest
Hi, I get my stuff from VitaLady.com as well. You can get it at GNC (yucky stuff in my opinion) I did find a body building store here (actually they found me through a friend) that had ProScore 100 Chocolate (my fav) and they had 15 cans they had ordered wrongly and just didn't send them back. They were willing to let me have them for $200 bucks for all 15. So I did buy them. But under normal circumstances......... vitalady is my only source......... Vitalady Rocks. Hugs, where do you all get your protine shakes?? Guest guest
My favorite shakes are Champion Nutrition's Pure Whey Stack and their ProScore 100, both in chocolate. Love, Trace
