Guest guest
Huh. This is probably something simple that I am not thinking of. I see in my Stedman's abbrev. that CSM stands for 'cornmeal, soybean, milk'. Somehow, that doesn't quite seem to fit. It couldn't be SCM for sternocleidomastoid could it? The levator scapulae is the muscle that is most often tender along with the rhomboids, but I can't quite get that out of CSM either. I am not being much help here. I don't think I will sign this note. chiro s/l please... Doc says: The patient has tenderness along the right s/l******CSM****** and right rhomboid musculature. Can't figure this one out. Anyone?
