This doctor sounds like he is saying ostragonum on NP chart note... Could it

be os trigonum?

X-rays taken: DP, lateral bilateral, showing mild cavus foot structure

bilateral.s/l*ostragonum clinically asymptomatic

posterior lateral tubercle of the talus.

Yup, yup. From Stedman's Ortho: os trigonum

[TA]; an independent ossicle sometimes present in the tarsus; usually it forms

part of the talus, constituting the lateral tubercle of the posterior process.

Syn: triangular bone.
