December was terrible. The only thing I learned during December was that

having an extreme level of stress and stress hormones does NOT cause AF.

Hey, that's a biggie for me to admit. I was stressed to breaking, with my

body swimming in stress chemicals, but I had no discernible AF. Neither I

nor PM detected any.

Anyway, if there's pain for a stretch, does that indicate there are better

days ahead?????

I hope so.

Hi ,

That's a pretty good question you asked. I join you with high stress levels

and some depression dragging me up and down in December and January. Today has

been an especially trying day with my heart apparently sending out all kinds

of adrenaline and jumping around like water in a hot waffle maker. I have

reached the point where I do not check my pulse or do my BP because frankly I

don't want to KNOW if I am slipping in and out of afib.

I'll hang in there if you'll hang in there. :) Better days have a way of

showing up when we least expect them.

Lil
