Thanks to all for your suggestions. I was able to the find the books

online at and Noble - as suggested! Don't know what the deal

is w/Amazon (when I went to recheck availability, they had some used

in stock), but the ones they are selling are very expensive. People

seem to be scalping them!!!!

Thanks again. I am looking forward to the read.
