Need instructor for First Responder class in the valley

We're looking for an instructor to do a FR class down in the valley (Del

Rio area) before the first of the year. This is not an ECA class, but a

FR class for a federal agency, so either EMS instructor certification or

other FR instructor certification will work (ASHI, NSC, etc.). We will

cover pay plus any travel/lodging. The instructor needs to have their

own equipment.
