Oh I disagree, the list is 1200 or maybe even more now Members strong and

the VAST majority are " lurkers " , some lurk for the shear fact that are muted by

positions that they hold in various organizations, others lurk to learn the

mood and feel of the vocal ones on this list and in time changes can come

about from that. This list serve that purpose well and besides is it all that

terrible to blow off steam now and again?

The passions of this list and of its Members are a strong point in Texas EMS

as I see it.

Oh yes that is an upside or a downside to the word of the " list " , I cringe

when folks " know me " from a list, always looking to see if I have a new friend

or a sworn enemy.

You are correct Louis, but the list of its self can not make a

dues and read websites to make a difference.

True very much true. Sadly if I knew how to make that occur I'd be the VP of

the US and not just the VP of EMSAT (I do have about the same hunting skills

as the VP of the US)

See---that's what I've been waiting for, thanks . I was a GETAC-Ped member

for a few years and understand the process. Still to fully articulate one's

position one must be present at the meeting. Thought---could GETAC take it on

the raod, and have meetings in different areas of the state???
