That is correct. However, I thought we were asking about whether or not

Continental Testing does it as well - write and administer.

1. The state making it a priority

2. The state buying the computer system for testing. We have TRAC-it if they can

buy that surely this is more important

3. Have the EMS education sites proctor the exams. I would trust them more than

NR who is hiring someone to monitor the test.

4. Allow the educators deliver the skill exams if they have to exist

or we could give texas away to NR because it is simpler for the state than to

step up to the plate

Well now that you mention it, if we have to count on a system similar to

TRAC-IT, then we probably are better off using NR.
