A nice dinner and sleep come to mind. LOL

Seriously, I wouldn't be opposed to something in EMS education and/or risk

management.  Seems like a good fit for the JD and paramedic.

Well I am impressed.......I had bet money that he would never pass EMT-B. I

guess that all of that time at M02 paid off. Just kidding. Congratulations my

friend.

I remember when I met the young barrister and his passion for EMS issues. I

and others encouraged the lad to attend EMT school, knowing full well that

he would not be happy until he had that red patch on his arm. I for one am

not the least bit surprised at his success and am proud to say I had a small

part in influencing Wes to officially join the ranks of EMS professionals.

Congrats Wes and this begs the question, what next?

Wes;

Congratulations on getting your paramedic. I am glad you finally joined the

ranks of Paramedics. I am doing OK. I just retired from the Army on July 15th

after 33 1/2 years. I was a combat medic for a lot of those years and saw

combat 4 times. I almost went to Iraq. but I was found to be intolerant of the

heat at Camp Shelby. My soldiers in my platoon are in Iraq and they are well, my

replacement Sgt. Prather is very capable as he had two tours with the USMC and

special ops. I don't worry about them. I am doing well with Kiowa County EMS and

enjoying it. I don't miss the Army much. Take care,Rabbiems,Rick

Borenstein,SSG,Retired.
