Hi All/Val

Here are lab results below from Diagnos-Techs - saliva test. Please

let me know what I should do?? Cortisol is sky high in the morning

and crashes in the afternoon - get headache, jittery, anxious, but

tired

Total Salivary SIgA 16 (Depressed. Normal is 25-60)

Can be low due to stress or high cortisol…the measures the stuff in

the saliva that helps fight infections

Gliadin Ab 58 (high. Normal is <13, borderline is 13-15, high is >15)

Apparently I have an insensitivity to gluten and need to avoid wheat,

rye, barley, oat, and grain glutens. This can also be why I have

thyroid/Hashi's?? I never notic any physical symptoms when I eat

wheat though - no digestion or intestinal issues??

DHEA 8 (3-10) DHEA levels were normal...this is also done on a

graph with cortisol on the Y axis

Cortisol levels:

Morning 34 elevated (13-24)

Noon 10 Normal (5-10)

Afternoon 3 Normal (3-8)

Midnight 4 Normal (1-4)

Ok, so doc said I am ready to go in the morning - and in the

afternoon I crash and need to take some sort of cortisol/adrenal

supplementation. Morning cortisol is sky high so not real sure how

to get those down. Just really need to get balanced out

17-OH Progesterone mine was 62

optimal range 22-100

borderline 101-130

Elevated >130

Thanks for any feedback/help

Stefany
