Guest guest
Thanks Bill, I have so many allergies I can't keep track of them. I just try to avoid them as best I can. But the difference between paranoids and allergics is, the paranoids think the world is out to get them and for the allergics the world IS out to get them. Allergies do raise the heart beat but they never raised it that much, before. I eat pork all the time and as far as I can tell, it does not make my situation worse. Glad we are living in New Testament times with improved sanitation as that would be one more food we would have to give up if I had to keep kosher too. It started beating this fast when I first started armour the first time, when my hashis was diagnosed at 48. Heartbeats of 110 BPM made me go off of it, and I ballooned from the 268 pounds I had managed to reach, past the 280 pounds I had started at, all the way up to 300. At 50 I decided I was going to take the gamble and go back on it because if the rapid heart beat didn't kill me the weight gain definitely would. I'm now down to 103 BPM as far as I can tell and weigh 274. Maybe my heart will slow down as I lose weight and/or my nervous system gets used to finally having enough thyroid. If it doesn't, and this shortens my life, I am prayed up and raring to go upstairs. There is no way I am going off of Armour again, no way!
