Almost 2 months worth of temp graphing...what does it mean?

Hi,

I wish I knew how to scan in my temp graph and upload it as a .pdf.

Unfortunately I don't so I'll try to summarize. I started graphing my

daily average temps on October 22. I have continued because it is very

revealing of what my body is going through. At the bottom of the email

I will post the temps.

I have phases of everything looking pretty stable adrenal-wise and

only slightly hypo (98.1 or so average.) Then, at the slightest bit of

stress (menses, minor cold, husband going out of town for 10 days) my

temps go haywire. When I started the graph I was on 25 mg HC. I've

since gone up to 30 mg. I attempted a raise from 3 grains Armour to 3

1/2 grains Armour. It seemed to send my adrenals haywire again so I

went down to 3 1/4 grains and the temps eventually evened out.

Although that happened while my husband was out of town and evened out

after he got home, so I don't know if it was the Armour or not.

I see a new doc on January 21 but I've been basically self-treating

for the past several months; I currently have a doc who writes rx's

but isn't very involved past that. I ordered more Armour from overseas

so I could raise on my own.

My question is this: I think that since my adrenals look stable unless

there is stress, that my HC dosing is okay but it means I don't have

an adrenal reserve built up so I'm easily depleted in times of stress.

What is the best way to deal with this or to help my body build up my

reserves?

Also, how long should I look for adrenal temps to be stable before I

raise Armour again? So far now I've had 9 days of stable temps, but my

period is due anyway. Hurray. :-P
