Question about dr rind thyroid graph...

In the drrind.com website, under the printable graphs, there is a

thyroid graph..Im not sure what to make of it, and how it works.

It asks you to record your TSH, FREE t3 and FREE t4, and then it puts

it in scale -10,-9,-8, etc... What does that mean??

Are you recording your readings based on -10 mgs of meds or something??

Im confused. i thought someone might know.
