saliva test, what DAY of my cycle?

Hi, I am due to saliva test again and I know the actual DAY of my

cycle is an issue. I see nothing referring to this in my directions.

Can you tell me what day of my cycle is optimal for saliva testing?

Also, Can I take armour right up to the day prior? or do I stop ealier?
