Questions / feedback from anyone in the know about vitamin timing? thanks in adv

Ok I my post just erased lol.

So my ?'s are:

When drinking the sea salt how long should I wait to eat or it is A

ok to eat right after?

I just found out a little slow on the uptake lol that Calcium binds

things I need to take it around four hours apart from medications

and other supplements. My issus is that I am on a merry go round of

do this in order for this to work. So Omega 3 can be taken alone?

B-12 can cause jittery feeling in me. I already have this as i am

not on HC until about a week or so and this past week have felt like

a nervous nelly lol. So I am a bit low in B-12 can I take a small

dose a day until I can handle more? Or can the B-12 help me cool out

more than hype me up? I know we are al different just trying to get

a better perspective on this.

I am waiting on the Iron because I am at 60 or 64 and my dad has

Iron overload and for now it is best I get it from foods.

Lastly, I am suppose to take a powered amino acid blend of three I

am super low in , what are any of your thoughts on how long I should

wait in between taking Omega 3, Mag. and B12?
