She always says, " When someone treats you badly, kill them with kindness! " . It works nearly every time, and when it doesn't, at least you've conducted yourself with some class. Take care, Laurel Rudness It seems to me that a good way to counter rudeness is with friendliness. One might face the rude person with a smile and say something like, " and how are you today?
