The Spastic Paraplegia Foundation is currently seeking

a volunteer from Illinois to serve as its registered

agent in Illinois. The registered agent's sole

responsibility is to forward any mail to me in CT. It

is expected that the resident agent will receive no

mail that needs to be forwarded.

Please respiond to me directly if you are interested

in helping out the Foundation in this way.
