Well, , I am down 78 pounds. I don't agree with your doctor's advice

of 6 oz. at a meal. That seems like a little too much food at one time.

You're probably having the pain because if you are grazing, you are keeping

food in your pouch often, so it's not really empty when you sit down to eat

a meal. So I believe you are overfilling and that is why you have pain in

your chest. Just try for a couple of days measuring your food so that you

eat no more than a 1/2 cup at a time. Fill up on water and protein in

between meals. You can eat every 3 hours or so. See if it doesn't make a

difference with the pain. And you might find that you drop a couple pounds,

too. Good luck.
