What is a normal glucose reading

Val,

you mentioned glucose and cortisol levels in a post a while back. What

would a normal glucose range be and how do we use glucose readings to

monitor HC dosing? I picked up a glucometer today and not being

diabetic have no idea what I am doing. I did a reading that was 143 I

will bet that is high because I have been a very bad girl today and

have eaten ALOT of chocolate and caramel. This is rare for me since I

have been on Cortef, but sometimes a girl just has to be bad, LOL!

Tomorrow I'll get a normal reading.
