Guest guest
Another quick question, Val. What does the lower number mean? Adrenal/thyroid wise,I mean. My lower number crept up about 4 points which has not happened before. Just curious. Thank's again, Pat Re: Safe to Begin T3 Low potassium can cause high BP but I woul dnot recommend supplementing it just increasing foods that are high in potassium. Between that and getting thyroid correct i should settle down though it can take a while. Mine has come down VERY nicely from a really bad dangeroud high of 245/148 to it's current 130/70! but it took me 13 year s and tweaking alot of things to get here. Damage from hypo was my worst cause, then high cortiosl which I feel I have FINALLY got a good handle on and sleep apnea were all causes of mine. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message.
