What Is Normal Blood Pressure While Supplementing HC?

I've had so many different blood pressure readings in the last 3 years

I am not sure what is normal anymore.

I am taking 35mg HC and my reading at the dr's is 110/80.

He considered the #'s normal for a female--but is that a bias?

I figured I still have wiggle room to increase my HC so that I will

sleep through the night.

Dr Oz says it is 115 over 75

WHta I consider normal is roughly 100-130 over 75-85 so you are right on the

money within normal ranges. Of course MOST peopl have a tad higher BP in the

doctor's office than they do at home. Then there's weirdos liek me that hve

LOWER Bp at the doc's!
