Guest guest
>.Val, I've seen you mention you have no teeth several times. Hope it isn't rude to ask what happened to your teeth? And why you apparently do not wear dentures? Or do you have dentures?<< Oh I am not shy about it, I am a toothless wonder! LOL I had horrid abscesses for YEARS and pulled the first 11 of my own teeth when they got bad enough ot come out. I finally got in a car wreck (by accident wasn;t my fault) and rather than put hte $1600 into my 17 year old car, I out it into getting the remaining teeth out and dentures. I had to have oral surgery as I am allergic to Novacaine... and gas doesn;t work on me! So it was a huge expense buyt I am SO much healthier with them out. BUT the oral surgeon, liek MOST doctors I have been to, was a jerk and left bony supportsin my mouth that should have been removed so I can;t wear my dentures. I need ANOTHER oral surgery to have them removed. I had hoped eventually they would be worn down enough to wear the dentures, but it has been well over a year now and they are still poking through my gums. So in effect I have to eat some pretty soft foods. no nuts, no crispy anything. It is a huge PIA not to mention a little embarrassing to be a business owner with no teeth. But in WV I fit in pretty well anyway :>) LOL -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
thats really awful that your oral doc could be that negligent.I cant imagine having to resort to eating only certain soft foods becuase of a surgeons stupid mistake. I hope they wear down enough for you to be able to wear those dentures very soon. I dont think I'd have been able to handle all that youve gone through with these idiot docs. luckily for me Ive only wasted 7 or 8 hundred dollars on a small handful of docs over the last year. Ive decided to self treat now before I end up going broke. its a shame what some of ya's have had to go through to feel better > > >.Val, > I've seen you mention you have no teeth several times. Guest guest
You pulled your OWN teeth yourself? My God! But I guess you would if no alternative. I have had many abscesses and know how painful they are. Plus they poison the whole body. It is a wonder you didn't die of septicemia! These bony protrusions actually stick out through the gum? That is unimaginably awful. Idiot dentist/surgeon. I hope you can get the surgery you need! sol wrote > Oh I am not shy about it, I am a toothless wonder!
