Guest guest
Sealady, I have the same experience. Trouble sleeping since very young childhood. Nothing has seemed to help a whole lot. I tried Halcion; hated the side effects. Didn't work well. Tried the original Ambien; worked for a while, then I kept needing more and more. Quit it. Right now I use an OTC spray that is helping me get to sleep faster, along with a mental exercise, but I still wake up twice. Can't win, although the mental exercise does help me get BACK to sleep when I wake up. But I am chronically tired. It makes life hard. C.
