Guest guest
[re' lunches] > Other options to bring from home - I made the millenium chicken from the ThyCa cookbook, then sliced it up with lettuce and tomato on my italian bread. It made a great cold sandwich. I added some baby carrots and a slice of the chocolate wacky cake, and a can of diet soda (this offsets the calories in the cake :->). I brought this as dinner for a few times when we were invited to parties during my holiday LID, and it was wonderful.
