I Think I Blew IT!

Hi- Val, you recommended to me about a month ago to lower my HC from 35

to 30 because I was having some high cortisol symptoms. I decided to go

really slow due to the stress of the holidays, and went down 2.5 a few

weeks ago. I felt fine, and even lost a few pounds in spite eating tons

of christmas cookies, lol, and went down another 2.5 this past sunday.

That day I felt fine and slept like a log, but FOOLISHLY stayed up

waaaay to late Monday and Tuesday. Also, I went for a walk on monday,

and another short one yesterdeay, and after yesterday's walk, felt

nauseous. I didn't have any hc with me (stupid!)and wasn't able to

stress dose until 2 hours later.

I think I would have been fine lowering my dose if I had really babied

myself this week- going to bed early and forgoing the walks. What can I

do now to get myself back on track? I think that a couple nights of

good sleep will make a big difference.

Right now I'm at 10, 10, 5, 5 (and 90mg Armour, if that matters).
