I am also gluten free.

My best piece of advice is dont run out and buy gluten free bread and

cookies etc. You will not like them. If there is a sandwich that I

really want, I just eat it without the bread. After a couple of months,

then you can try a few of the gluten free bread products and might be

so grateful to have something even resembling bread that you will find

them appealing. I get the few things I eat at Whole Foods. I really

like the Cranberry Scones and they are basically the only bread product

I eat. I thought it would be impossible. Bread and pasta were my major

food group. Give it a chance, you will feel so much better that it will

be worth it.

Good luck,

English
