The cake section looks really good, but so does the dinner section. I think she wanted to give people healthy ideas... Tasia

Guest guest
I agree about the liver. I have that cleanse and take milk thistle, dandelion and artichoke daily. There are so many body functions dependent upon the liver. Cheri Re: gluten free, a comment, was Re: Cherie..stage 7 I agree. My idea of gluten free isn't how to make gluten free carb alternative desserts. I eat high protein and low glycemic and my idea of cheating is eating a sweet potato and brown rice or a rice cake once in awhile. I was just doing some research and realizing how important it is to support our livers thru all of this thyroid/adrenal stuff because HC is hard on the liver, PLUS the liver converts T4 to T3 and I think we all have sluggish livers today due to everything from improper diets, pesticides, medications, toxins and pollutants. I think we should all be on the complete liver cleanse by Enzymatic Therapy somewhat permanently if we can afford it. I'm going to get some more. .
