Guest guest
Cortisol reaches its lowest point in the middle of the night. Hubby preempts it by waking at 3 and taking an Isocort, in addition to a handful of sunflower seeds and a magnesium. If you have no problems falling asleep naturally, set your alarm and take 2.5 at 3 a.m. If you have problems falling asleep, take 2.5 at bedtime, in addition to 2.5 at 3 a.m. I mean, you know HC only lasts 4 hours, so it HAS to run out sometime in the middle of the night.
