Guest guest
Hi My BP still lowers slightly upon standing but not much and it is low, but not too low, 114/74. My temps are leveling out at 98.1 but I'm freezing again. I'm on 20mg HC, raising to 22.5 today. Is the HC causiing the Armour to make it into my cells so that I can now increase Armour? Currently I take 3.25 grains Armour for the past 5 weeks. No, I have not had labs yet. The doc will just look sideways at me. Can I increase another 1/4 grain on Armour? My pulse is a tad highter than I likeit, 90-98. I know I need to cut the one cup of coffee I have in the mornings. Thanks for any information,

You may have enough thyroid and it just not able to get to the cells. Are your temps pretty stable? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
My average temps takes 3 times a day: 98.6 - 98.4 - 97.8 (dropped the thermometer today) will get another. These are oral temps. I started freezing again when I got to 20mg HC. Before HC, I used to sweat and was comfortable with the thermostat on 66 F. ----- Original Message ----- From: Sent: Thursday, December 20, 2007 3:34 PM With the highish pulse and low temps I would see what the HC increase does for you before increasing Armour. I need averages for at least 3-5 days have you not read Dr Rind's site? LOL You need to add these three together then divide that by three and that is oyur AVERAGE for today. Compare that to avwerage for tomorrow etc. It shoudl not be fluctiating more than .2 degrees from one day to the next. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

That's why I said I thought that they were pretty stable. I think that the only reason it was lower today is because I dropped the thermometer. If they stay stable maybe a tiny thyroi dincrease, if not then a tiny HC increase.
