Guest guest Posted May 21, 2004 Report Share Posted May 21, 2004 Last night I was up really late for me anyway. My sweet Missy had 7 puppies the last one being delivered at midnight. They all survived the ordeal. She started into labor at 5:30 A.M and started in hard labor at 4:00, at 8:00 I had to call the vet because nothing was happening yet.My vet met me at his office and checked her and said she should be fine, and gave her a shot to enduce labor, 20 minutes later she had her first puppy. They are 3/4 Beagle and 1/4 cocker spaniel. This is the last time we will bread her, because this time really scared me. This was her second litter.
