How to avoid getting a cold?

Well, I

spoke with Dr. Ren today and all is go. She said she will make my

common channel 125cm, which makes me very happy (150cm seemed like

unknown territory.) I was nervous that with my erosive gerd she

would insist on rny, but she didn't--though she did say that it would be

a better operation for that problem. So now, my only worries are that if

I don't get insurance approval the hospital will ask for too much up

front money and that I will get a cold. Now, no one can help me

with the former worry, but what about the latter.

How

do I avoid a cold?--I work with children. Echinasia( sp)

never works for me. Any advice?

Well, there are a lot of people getting switched in January--someone

should tally the number. I am excited, was very nervous.

Allysa's and Debi's posts helped me feel better--they were in and out of

the hospital so quickly and seem to be doing recuperating well.

Happy New Year everyone--and I hope it will be a happy new me after Jan.
