This goiter thing is interesting. I'm not sure if I am in the beginning

stages of developing a goiter as I can't feel any lumps in the thyroid

area, but my throat feels very tender to the touch in that area, and

feels sort of swollen/tender in the adam's apple area. Feels a little

tight in the inside throat, too. It isn't swelling shut, but sort of

feels like it is. That doesn't sound sensible, but I can't think of a

better way to describe the feeling.

I've seen people discuss throat issues here several times, but the last

few weeks is the first time I have noticed it in myself.

Shouldn't this have been going on BEFORE I got on HC and T3? Why would

my throat start feeling uncomfortable NOW? Everytime I feel like I'm

making good progress, something crops up to confuse me. I'm not near due

for another T3 raise, have been on 62.5 T3 only 3 days, including today.

30 mg HC.

with obstructive sleep apnea (besides being hypo) if having a goiter might play

a role in the obstruction in the throat. I have a fairly large goiter and have

been wondering if that is what obstructs my airway in my throat while I sleep

but I'm not sure. I know just being hypo can do it.
