2004 NATIONAL TEAMWALK AND CONFERENCE!

--TeamWalk Walkathons - help find our cures!

Our annual event to raise funds for research. Participate in a TeamWalk in

Massachusetts (August 29), Ohio or Arkansas (September 18), California (October

2), or as an honorary by Proxy from anywhere where a will walk for

you on August 29. This year, participants may designate their sponsorships to

the SPF Research Fund, which funds research projects benefiting both HSP and

PLS; the HSP Research Fund or the PLS Research Fund. 2005 Grant Awards will

reflect donor designations.
