Guest guest
Dear , I'm not sure why you're apologizing, but whatever the issue was, surely it couldn't be justification for your leaving the group. I suppose that many of us have unintentionally said things that have hurt or offended others. Part of the reason is that we have different backgrounds, life experiences and levels of understanding. I've suggested on more than one occasion that we celebrate our differences and I hold to that philosophy, still. Additionally, the printed word without the benefit of voice tone, body language and facial expression is difficult and prone to misinterpretation. There's not much we can do about that except to acknowledge it and try to understand. Whatever the " offending " issue was, please just let it go. We all suffer from 'thin skins' at times when our emotions are raw from the ravages of our disease(s). Our tongues, ears and hearts can all suffer the devastating effects of sharing our lives with that villain, PLS. Please reconsider your decision about leaving the group. We all need each other and we certainly value your contributions as much as you, hopefully, benefit from everyone else's.
