Guest guest Posted July 5, 2003 Report Share Posted July 5, 2003 @@@@@ Wrapped Carrots Prep Time: 10 Minutes Servings: 4 wraps each Ingredients a.. 4 medium carrots, cleaned & peeled b.. 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise c.. 2 Tbsp dry buttermilk salad dressing mix d.. 16 slices of thinly sliced lean turkey or dried beef Directions 1.. Cut the carrots into 4 pieces. 2.. Combine the mayonnaise and dressing mix. 3.. Dip each piece of carrot into the dressing and roll up in slices of turkey or dried beef. 4.. Secure with a toothpick.
