Guest guest Posted May 15, 2004 Report Share Posted May 15, 2004 Thanks Ronnie, I was born in 1941 and remembered them all!! Thank goodness, because that was a wonderful time to grow up. A few things not mentioned!! On the way to Grandmother's after church we always stopped at the same store for an orange crush. They were in little brown bottles then and were so good. We only got this treat if we were good in church. I don't remember ever not getting one. Movies were 10 or 15 cents and popcorn was a nickle! When Daddy said NO you went to Mother and she went to Daddy! Worked most of the time! Thanks for the walk down memory lane!!
