I felt much better when I weaned off of TR T3 and kept my 27.5 HC. I am on my 4th day of T3 (5mcg/day) and I have been sleeping very lightly, sometimes I wake up with " air hunger " and today and yesterday I've had these tension/light migraine headaches (on 5mcg yesterday and 7.5mcg today). The mall and music seems to trigger it. I do have other stressful events that could trigger it too. I never had menstrual headaches, but my hormones are out of balanced and my period will start in a few days and I wonder if the 2 are related. Time will tell. I love how we can share our journey with each other--not only you but the community in general. Tasia
Guest guest
I am on about 30 mg of cortisol combo of HC cream and Isocort but I am going to raise to 35, maybe higher before I start my T3. I decided I want to raise it to make sure adrenals are strong enough then I will start out by dividing the pill in 4, so 6.25 mg per day to start and see what happens. I have that sleeping issue now, which I think is cortisol too low. That is another reason I need to raise higher. I think I need to get off Isocort and on all HC because my adrenals are just too weak and though I have gotten better, this time of year especially I need a lot more. I am thinking I will need at least 40 mg until I get my body in better shape. I forgot the cortisol connection until you mentioned it for yourself. I just took another 2.5=30mcg total. My temps were ok, but they had a weird dive one day this week the day before I woke up early. Thanks for the reminder.... Tasia
Guest guest
Are your temps stable? Does your BP fall or rise on standing? I thought we couldn't really tell what does we should go to except by testing those two things. sol MsSquarepants wrote: > I am on about 30 mg of cortisol combo of HC cream and Isocort but I am going > to raise to 35, maybe higher before I start my T3.
