Green olives were the trick for me. It took about 20 minutes to get

that amount. by the 4th vial, it was cake. Good luck and start sniffin,

This is a lot of money and I KNOW my adrenals are a mess, I want to do this

right the first time.

Yes, and pressing tongue against front of the teeth at the same time.

Take your time though. The first one is the hardest, 1st and largest

but it does get easier after each vial. I tried sniffin pickles,

sweet/sour altoids, jalapeños, jelly, peeled orange, lemon juice,

onion and mustard. For me the olives worked. Should have seen hubby

lookin for things to sniff. Kids thought it was hilarious. Remember

you can stop and start over too.

I also found salt & vinegar potato chips (smelling them) and dill

pickles useful!

Kathy, rinse your mouth with fresh water for several minutes and spit it out

in a cup. Then take the vial and generate spit. You can do this throughout

the test...rinse, disregard, then spit into the vial. I had a very dry mouth

my last test and did that several times with each vial and was able to fill

the vials in only 10 minutes each when it normally takes me 30.
